Shipping Policy Any delivery dates provided by zuzubee are estimates. Zuzubee reserves the right to make deliveries in installments. Zuzubee will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping & handling information on your zuzubee My Account page. Legal title to, right of possession, and risk of loss or damage to or destruction of the products purchased shall transfer to customer upon zuzubee’s delivery to carrier at shipping point.Notwithstanding the foregoing, zuzubee will provide refunds for damaged product as described in the following Section.

 Return Policy

(a) Return Policy. Zuzubee will only accept returns on products that are identified on the Product information page as eligible for return or as provided in Section (c). Once zuzubee confirms that your Product was returned, your sole and exclusive remedy is a store credit in the amount charged for the applicable Product; provided that the credited amount will not include the applicable Delivery Fee, which is non-refundable. Store credits may only be used for future purchase of Products on the Web site (excluding gift cards)

(b) Exchanges In case you are not happy with the quality of the product, you can exchange the product if it qualifies under the exchange policy. We follow a 7-day-return policy which is not applicable on ACCESSORIES, COATS, EXCLUSIVE COLLECTION, CARDIGANS, SHOES and PRODUCTS ON SALE (Special Price Products).

  • You must preserve the original bill for return purpose.
  • However, this is applicable only if the product is not used and is in its original package. If we feel that the product is used and disturbed from its original packaging, we may not accept it.

  • We will fill in the details to you about the address at which the package is to be sent back. You will have to send it back to us at your own expense.
  • Any customer that avails of the exchange policy cannot avail another exchange or return on the same billing.

 (c) Damaged Products. If the Product arrives damaged (“Damaged Product”), zuzubee will accept returns for a full refund only in accordance with the Return Procedures below. Once zuzubee confirms that you received a Damaged Product that was returned in accordance with the Return Procedures below, your sole and exclusive remedy is that (a) we will issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount charged for the Damaged Product (if your credit card or account has already been charged for the Product) or (b) we will not charge your credit card account for the Damaged Product. The refunded amount will include the applicable Delivery Fee.

(d) Return Procedures All returns must be made within 14 days after the Product shipment date. All returned Products must be unused (e.g., not worn, washed, damaged, or altered) and returned in accordance with the instructions received from contacting customer service at support@ You are solely responsible for the cost of shipping & handling the returned Product. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded or credited to your account, and we may handle or dispose of those products as we see fit in our sole discretion.
